March 27, 2018 - Showing well in youth. Dark fruit, vibrant acidity, mild tannins. Pair with usual suspects: pizza, pasta, burgers, BBQ. Lighter choice for steak, Ratatouille, spicy chili, chile verde, charcuterie/hard cheese. Full disclosure: I work at Ledson and this is always one of our best.
