Best Wine-searcher Pro is about 10e (bottle!) across available vintages and 12e for the '16 (both in FR). Dark purple color; lean cab franc nose with some spice; lean mouthfeel, cab franc metallic. Last pour from the bottle--short pour with sediment: bad luck, I guess. Might buy at retail. My evaluation: I've stopped giving scores on a "100-point scale" as I've become less convinced that they can be meaningful to others. I use a 4-category scale (perhaps with +/-)--not including flawed--which runs outstanding/notable/drinkable/poor. I considered this notable- when considering quality, age, and price.

  January 28, 2019 - A very nice medium bodied entry level Chinon showing lively red fruit, minerals, fresh acidity and enough backbone. Absence of the raw resinous taste sometimes found in young Loire CabFranc is welcome. Moreish it slipped down all too easily. I doubt whether there is much point in giving this a lot more age. Good.
