April 7, 2018 - Cellaring these was definitely an exercise in wishful thinking. Still juicy but now frail and past it.

March 1, 2007 - Best Mondeuse I've ever had, and much prettier and better balanced than the 2004. Great sense of freshness and cut. It's virtually chewy and crunchy in the mouth but at the same time it's an effective thirst-quencher. The fruit is a vividly pure channeling of red berry with accents of violets and pepper. It has the roundness and sap of a Pinot Noir with the chewy, tart tannic structure of a Cabernet Franc.
