The 2017 Nautilus Sauvignon Blanc displays intense lifted aromas of passionfruit, citrus notes and fresh herbs. The palate introduces a delightful lime/citrus based mouth-watering intensity and finishes with a strong textural component.
well 5 years on not much has changed , maybe a little creamier , still very intense on the nose , lovely mouthfeel and great acidity thoughout the palate and long clean finish very enjoyable
little signs of aging so i'll give it another 3-5 years -
