  September 25, 2019 - Bracing acidity with hints of strawberry and a nice core of stone fruit. A more substantial version of Rose, but very true to the flavor profile (and subsequent pairings) one might expect from Languedoc.

  July 6, 2019 - Purchased two cases on sale at the winery to serve at my wedding - which featured pork tenderloin and roasted vegetables - served to 100 guests and was very well received
  The wine looks salmon colored. It smells like raspberry, black currant (cassis) and rose. The body is light. The wine has bright texture. The wine has low acidity.

  February 2, 2019 - Not bad. Fairly on the light side, but also means it lacks some of the harsher notes that rosés can bring. Light vanilla.
