December 18, 2010 - Decanted about 3 hours -- wonderfully balanced wine. Fruit was present but also had some old-world notes. Long finish. Excellent wine for those that like it right between old-world and new world.

November 1, 2008 - Halloween night #2. After a slight disappointment with a 2005 Merus (hard to believe I actually typed that), for the second time I really enjoyed Page the Stash 2003. It has a wonderfully rich aroma of berries and slight floral notes. Black and blueberries, slate,and a bit of black licorice make for a wonderful glass of wine. Delicious with a 2 hour decant, the finish is of moderate length. This bordeaux blend is becoming a favorite of mine, although it is hard to come across.
