March 15, 2021 - Purple in color. 14.7% ABV. 98% Syrah and 2% Grenache. Savory nose of dark fruits, bacon fat and flowers. Full bodied with mouth watering acidity. Ripe and concentrated but well balanced. Black cherry, blackberry liqueur, coffee and olive brine on the palate. Tremendous length on the finish. The structure and purity of fruit bode well for the future. Best over the next 4-6 years.

October 23, 2020 - This bottle tasted overly ripe and spineless, with limited acidity and structure. Tasted over several hours of decanting.

February 8, 2020 - Young and brooding, but accessible with some decanting. Paired well with BBQ baby back ribs. Much energy and dense fruit.
