    December 6, 2021 - Cork pulled 1.5 hours before pouring a glass. Can feel the 15.5% on the nose, but under it are good purple fruits. There’s still a bit of an ok influence, in the way Ridge sins show only a few years in. There’s spice, dark fruit, acid and lots of heat. Too much for me. Going to hold for day 2 to see if it cools off.
