  December 28, 2023 - today's bottle showed fairly well.
  Bottled with a synthetic closure, this couldn't go any further.
  A shame, as it could have been a really nice bottle of wine.

  December 26, 2021 - First of three bottles.
  Approached this wine cautiously, thinking that it might be well past its peak.
  In reality, it has aged quite nicely with the acidity sufficient to keep it bright.
  Nice aromas of citrus fruit and white flowers. The palate provides both good freshness and a nice texture. Not particularly long or complex but worked nicely with grilled jumbo shrimp.
  Will hold for another couple of years.

  November 17, 2018 - Vina di Tavoloa - the People's Wines of Italy Sydney (Prince Sydney, 40 Hansard Street): Medium minus intensity aromas of white pepper, herbs, spice, tomato leaf. Savoury and sharp on the palate. Textured. Persistent. But it's a bit meh for me.
