  October 18, 2020 - This deep ruby Zinfandel was Vinturi-decanted and serially tasted over the ensuing three hours. Opening within the first hour to reveal aromas of red bramble fruits, Luxardo cherries, licorice, dark chocolate and black pepper, it is a full-bodied, freshly acidic, lightly oaked red with well-integrated alcohol (listed as 14.6%) and flavors that mirror the nose. The medium-weight tannins are fine-grained and the mid-palate is dense, leading to a clean finish with good length. This is a quality Zin at a more than fair price. Enjoy it over the next 3-4 years. Drink now-2024.

  May 22, 2019 - This bottle really showed the cherry flavors I like in a great Zin. Not as apparent in some other bottles of this same wine I have had. Great wine at club price of $15
