March 15, 2024 - Outstanding. I actually think this has a lot more life in it. So classic and so delicious. The vibe of this wine? - They sure don't make'm like they used to!

April 18, 2021 - Brought to the restart of our Philly centric tasting group. Distinct oak driven flavors on the nose and palate, just a little out of balance for me. Vanilla, caramel creams and ripe black fruit dominate. Finish shows some earthy elements and a touch of chocolate. Very good but distinctly less interesting than the 1987 Beringer Private Reserve Cab.

November 21, 2020 - Fantastic! Direct from winery. Wax seal with perfect cork. Will drink nicely for another 10-20 years no problem!

October 13, 2018 - The cork had dried out completely despite being stored in the wine refrigerator. The hollow cork broke apart as the bottle opener started into the cork. Wine was not ruined nor off despite the problem with the cork.
