January 13, 2023 - Decanted less than hour. Lovely cab franc. Well integrated. Initial taste with bursts of green pepper but then moves into bramble fruits, currant.

December 30, 2022 - Still very young with high acid. Needs a few more years alot a long decant. Chocolate and red fruits came out after about an hour.

March 18, 2022 - Decanted for an hour. Very dry dusty nose. Palette is plus acid, fine yet still gripply tannins, dark cherry, young blackberry. Starting to get some autumnal notes, but minor at this point.

December 23, 2021 - 2 hour decant. Starting to come into its drinking window. Still tightly wound with high acidity but the black fruits and cigar box and mocha flavors are starting to show up. Definitely needs air. Plenty of life left but hard not to drink now.
