February 16, 2022 - Very citrus, leaf, green at opening, after warming up getting more yeast richer aroma’s.

December 28, 2021 - Color turning an early golden color by now.

Nose had citrus, yellow apple, hay, oak and some vanilla.
The palate followed with both green and yellow apple and a wonderful citrus acidity backed by oak, vanilla and butter. Slightly 'green touch' on the finish. Not sure if it's hay, tomato plant or maybe a bit like stem.
