  Tasted non blind. Opened and served immediately. Drank over about one hour.
  
  Straw color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose of fresh cut grass, talc, spice and a hint of lime. Flavors of lime, kumquat and a bit of peach pit Medium acidity, light body. Drink now.

  August 16, 2019 - This is a very stylistic directed wine. This will never be mistaken for a Loire, Bourdeaux, or New Zealand sourced SB. This is by far the opposite side of the SB spectrum. Well made wine featuring valley floor fruits ie., melon, cantalope, a hint of lime. This is not a food friendly wine but many will find this an excellent warm weather sipper. Perhaps served well chilled with a grilled shrimp appetizer.
  Tough to score because of my palate direction. I am much more in the Loire camp when it comes to SB. The quality is obvious, the style, subject to one's taste.

  November 10, 2018 - This was a very nice wine. A slight citrus note upfront with a nice hint of minerals on the backend. This wine finishes very nicely. Paired wonderfully with roasted chicken. Would also go nicely with Thanksgiving Day dinner.
