June 15, 2023 - 2017 base; 2021 disgorgement. Chalky citrus accord. Lemon meringue. Very presentable, but a little more complexity would not be amiss.

January 2, 2023 - Day one is a bit flinty and tight, with a very mineral expression of lemon over chalk and stone. It’s good but it’s angular and austere, as opposed to joyous. Day two is more harmonious and approachable. The nose shows more detail, with preserved lemon and salty chalk. This is very good wine, and it’s focused and angular style works well with food.

September 17, 2022 - Really enjoyed this. A nice combination of savory, lemon, green apple, and minerality. Crisp, dry and taut, but a little creamy as well.

September 9, 2022 - Drank over 4 days and was just as strong at the end of the bottle as the beginning. My notes are very similar to Todd's note below, right down to how I learned of the producer. In the mid palate, there was a wonderful, unexpected richness. Then the finish brought in wonderful minerality. At 3 g/L dosage, this feels right to really let all of these notes shine. This may be a new house favorite for me since it was such a unique experience. It will be difficult to keep my hands off the remaining bottles.

September 2, 2022 - Suggested to me on Wine Berserkers based on some other preferences I stated, I purchased a few bottles of this wine. It's really fascinating for a Champagne - so effervescent and bright and lifting but with a gorgeous silky mouthfeel as well - a delightful dichotomy, really. I often find myself forgetting to dig deep into the complexities of some Champagne and this one truly delivers in that regard. Nose has ripe apple and brioche, Meyer lemon, palate is beautiful lemon curd, salinity and minerality which really make things interesting for me. An absolute delight for the price - I expect this not to remain at this price point for long.
