February 26, 2022 - Raisin felt like a defining feature. Dried berries, peaches, and floral violets. Tannins grip back of mouth & base of tongue and gradually grip gums and teeth. Delicious $25. Gamay’s parents are Pinot Noir and Gouais Blanc

April 22, 2019 - Cherry toned Beaujolais with stony earthy notes. Quite rich, and thoroughly enjoyable.

August 28, 2018 - Blind Tasting in Cottonwood: Brick to purple in color. Animal nose that smacks you in the face. Slightly dirty nose, not in a bad way, just dirty. Also a hint of banana gave this away. Cherry and black raspberry aromas as well. Diminished tannins, but have that weird grip I always get from Gamay.
Guessed Bojo within 30 seconds, a classic example of the style
