June 25, 2020 - Nice but probably a risk to hold any longer

    January 6, 2015 - Using Coravin drank 3 times.

December 24, 2014 - Drank well with Ellen's Baked Moules Escargot Style. For the first time I used the CORAVIN to enjoy a glass of White wine, without wasting the rest. Will probably be my primary use of the CORAVIN. Medium weight, good acidity, and an extended finish.

December 29, 2013 - Respi-aerate to decanter and immediate serve. Medium-dark yellow color with density, medium-full body. Served at 63 to 65 degrees, the nose was surprisingly reticent, with subtle lemons, creamy butter, flowery notes mixed with bright and a little faded. In the mouth there is lemony citrus, a little seashell, and a bit of almond oil with glycerin. The fruit seems intact, but the acid is quite low; there is very little to cut through the entree of grilled tiger prawns over grits with roasted poblano, ancho chili and yellow pepper sauce. Complexity low and finish relatively short. Overall, unremarkable, and none of our dinner guests commented on it. If drinking this blind I would not guess it was aged Grand Cru Chablis from a great year. Cost was $50.

October 1, 2013 - Brown Bag Wine Dinner at Two Chefs - Double Blind (TWO CHEFS, MIAMI, FL): The wine looks Yellow colored. The legs are Medium. It smells like Lemon, Apple, Flint, and Apple blossom. The body is Medium. The wine has Polished texture. The wine finishes Long. Al's White. I have this Wine and enjoyed it equally last year.
