November 17, 2023 - Silkiness and richness, aerial and floral notes. Strawberry, sour cherry and raw meat in an enticing mixture. Enough structure and herbal backbone. A good wine.

Fruity and ample on the palate. Softy and velvety tanins.
The Mercurey rouge Premier Cru 'Champs Martin' 2015 will perfectly match with brasato, or game as doe meat, boar and pheasants.
It can be served from now at 13-14°C or kept in cellar for 6 to 8 years.
