Community Tasting Notes 3

September 20, 2022 - Sweeter/jammy on the nose. Strawberries, cherries, slightly earthy.

Sweet red fruit, jammy, and slight minerality on the palate.

November 5, 2020 - Colour deep purple. Nose pronounced with pepper, liquorice, mint, vanilla, cedar, toast, fig, prune, cooked blackberry, jam. Developing. Palate dry, acidity medium+, tannin medium+, 14.5% alcohol, body full, flavour intensity pronounced with pepper, fig, prune, cooked blackberry, toast, cedar, vanilla. Finish long.

October 18, 2018 - Nose of ripe plum and cherry, golden syrup, maybe a little dark chocolate. Palate of dark fruits, a little spice and cherry cola with a bright lingering finish. This stuff has great QPR. Yum.
