July 21, 2021 - A big boy, with big ABV, big concentration, and big fruit at the fore. Drinks fairly well in its present state, with polished easy tannins and a dry lingering finish. Would be nice to see if it can develop more personality with added years in bottle, but not sure if it will hold up that long.

December 12, 2020 - Decanted for 4 hours, Hints of Cherry, Tobacco, and some eucalyptus or mint.

July 24, 2018 - Very good. Tried it with and without aerating and it was better without- still good but lost some of its character w/aerating.
