August 19, 2022 - Light color. Aromatic, tropical fruit, some grapefruit. Nice body, pure fruit, decent acidity and nice finish. Very enjoyable, not very complex.

February 26, 2022 - Colour: Brilliant yellow/golden
Aromas: Mineral oriented (stoney/steely), with vegetal (scrub, oregano), florals. Fruit is secondary with golden delicious apples, ripe peaches, honeyed feel. Definitely a cool climate vibe. No hint of oak here.
Flavours: Nice juicy fruits of ripe apples, peaches, mandarin and ginger. Some tartness, excellent acidity. Mineral notes all over here ... steely/wet stone, vague saline. Vegetal notes showing white pepper, scrub, peas. As it warms there is a vague citrus peel/ginger bitterness which works well.
Mouthfeel: Vague honeyed sweetness but a dry wine. Mineral (saltiness, steeliness) and herbaceous tones. Crisp, fresh. Long finish.
Overall: Really well done and quite enticing .... makes you want another sip .... and another. One of the better Gruners I have had from my recollection. -

May 18, 2018 - What a nice wine. Good weight and depth. Smooth and ageable.
Not extra dry ..... maybe dry with a tinge of honey. Tropical with tropical fruits, honey, and a splash of ginger.Nice balance.
