October 29, 2022 - Damn this was delicious. Perfect acidity to pair with the beautiful medley of citrus flavors. Our only bottle sadly. Worked well with chicken legs roasted with peppers and potatoes.

June 12, 2022 - Pale, translucent gold in the glass, with a palette of nectarine, grapefruit, and pear. Mouthwatering acidity, clean structure, and a long, lime zest and apricot finish. Delicious now, with good years ahead.

August 8, 2021 - Drank at the top of Volcan Mountain.
Acacia flowers, lemon, grapefruit, nectarines, melon, fresh green herbs, pickle juice/brine, wet slate. A well balanced wine (fruit, flowers and mineral flavors all play well together; and no single flavor dominates). Medium body, good acid still. Drink now, won't benefit from further aging; but I bet it is nicer now than two years ago. -

December 16, 2018 - just becoming gold with silver reflections at the rim. sea shell, honey, ripe apple, lemon, orange, white flowers, and various citrus zest on the nose. grapefruit like acidity with a medium body. fresh and toned. more of the honey and caramel notes on the palate with some lemon, apple, tangerine, and grapefruit rind flavors. finish is medium length. still on the ascent, needs to fall together a bit more, would like to see this in 2-3 years.
