Community Tasting Notes 1

September 30, 2003 - Dark straw in color. Looks like it has some age. Yeasty, floral, tropical nose with hints of baby powder. Butter and oak complete the nose. LIvely acidic palate, with lemons, minerality. Light and vibrant mouthfeel. Strong acid but it overpowers the fruit. Long bitter lemon finish.
