Community Tasting Notes 2

November 28, 2020 - Pale brassy gold with a clear rim. Nose of purple and white flowers, golden apple, and fresh mowed meadow. Medium bodied mouthfeel with medium acidity, slight sweetness, and a spicy finish. Interesting, but not necessarily in a good way. I wonder if this was better immediately upon release - I lacks a freshness from which I think it would benefit. Drink now. Or two years ago...

July 27, 2018 - IPNC Weekend 2018; 7/26/2018-8/2/2018 (Linfield College, McMinnville, OR): Tasting pour. Not so much, herbal, grassy, tropical green fruit.
