May 11, 2023 - Enjoyed this immensely with some cheese and charcuterie. Red fruits, cedar, tobacco and hint of eucalyptus on the nose. On the palate red fruits and grippy tannins, but the wine has a nice softness to it. Some oak and a tiny bit of vanilla. Finish is lomg and ends with cranberry. Drink up

January 28, 2023 - A few more months and a full day of breathing brought out the best of our 2nd and final bottle. Smooth, elegant, long finish, not lacking in complexity. Just a fun right bank Merlot blend. Might not pair up as well with super-hearty food, but it worked for our pot roast with the usual sides.
Drink now, don't see this as a super-ager.

April 18, 2022 - Tasted a number of times over the course of six hours. Light reddish colored with tints of orange in the glass. Initially quite tight and limited, blackberry notes. After an hour or so, started to open up meaningfully. By hour five, had a smooth, vanilla shine. Is this the most complex or sophisticated bottle of Bordeaux? I think not. This needs hours to open up, and it’s not exactly a big reveal. Perhaps the kosher version I drank was somehow less. I’d drink up now. Paired well with kefta.

April 3, 2022 - Has a lot of good fruit notes going for it, but even after a full afternoon of breathing, it was a little tight and not fully fleshed out. Hold until at least 2023. Good potential.

September 8, 2021 - Dark fruit, maybe blackberry. Hints of cigar. Long finish.
