November 12, 2018 - Still amazingly fresh and very typically Gewurtz, slightly off dry. Excellent attack but comes up a bit short on the finish

P: Viscous, balanced, a rose or floral component, as well as a slatey almost saline aftertaste. Dry finish. Very enjoyable, and was a delight to my guests as an apperitif. Drink or hold on a bit more; very good now.
