    Nose: Light Raspberry and Tart Cherry
    Taste: Opens Very Light with some Cherry and almost Light Banana Note
    Comp's: Alsace Rose; Less Fruity Southern France Rose's; Went Well with Hors d'oeuvres

    July 11, 2018 - Served blind. Cheesy nose at first, but develops precise, cut cherry fruit and spectacular acidity, so much so that we guessed Austrian. I think Barnaby will take that--lots of love!
