May 5, 2012 - From the Eichberg Grand cru. Lemon, vanilla, violets and peach on the nose - good complexity to it. Palate has nice minerality, with good acid and length. I found it really interesting.

November 28, 2011 - Decanted for just over an hour before tasting. Medium golden colour. Yellow apples, white flowers, seawater and a little botrytis on the nose – clearly showing signs of age with freshness giving way to greater complexity. Sweet fruit on the initial attack, but fades a bit on the mid palate. The finish is dominated by a pronounced bitterness which in my view compromises the overall balance of the wine. Decent, but more interesting than delicious. Addition to note: Smoother and less bitter after two days in the fridge (now 88-89 points).

May 16, 2011 - Not bad, but I was expecting much more. I found it round and elegant, but on the other hand overmatured and lacking enough acidity. It may be a good wine for dessert, let give it a chance
