January 10, 2021 - The nose offers Chablis-like notes of oyster, lemon, and apple, which is followed by a medium-bodied, creamy textured package of citrus fruits, gun flint, and liquid stone. It is refined, balanced, and smooth on the finish with a touch of butter. Everything is in place, but it wasn't particularly powerful or super complex - compared to Patz & Hall 2015 Hyde, and the recently drunk Hartford Court 2015 Stone Cote, this impressed us less (at least based on our taste for Chardonnay).

May 4, 2020 - Melon with butter and vanilla. Slightly overpowering with peanut sauce and gazpacho. More enjoyable by itself in my opinion.
