April 11, 2018 - Salmon colored wine. Aromas of honeydew melon and bright citrus. Combined with pleasant levels of minerality and acid, are flavors of apricot and honeydew melon. This wine has more fruit aromas and flavors than traditional Provence Rose'. This should play well with the American palate.
