January 22, 2022 - Special wine, more French style, light but balanced. Tight when first opened, opened up after 20 minutes, the longer it goes the more fruit comes out. Nose earthy tart cherry, taste cherry, raspberry, with a long finish. Dry notes in taste, but balanced tannins
