    October 23, 2020 - Medium ruby

Med primary aromas of red fruit (raspberry and cherry) and spice (black pepper) and tertiary aromas of forest floor and earth. This wine is developing.

Dry, Med(+) acidity, medium tannin, medium alcohol, and medium body. Med(+) primary flavors of red fruit (raspberry and cherry) and spice (black pepper). Long finish.

Conclusions: Very good wine. Can drink now but will improve with age. Needs time for tannin to integrate and for primary and tertiary flavors to balance.
