July 10, 2021 - Drinking well. Purple and opaque with long legs. The nose is fruit forward with rich dark fruit and a healthy helping of vanilla. The palate is consistent with blueberry and cassis. The acidity an s alcohol is well balanced and accentuated by velvety tannins and mouth feel. The finish is Tobacco leaf and dark cherries. Fifth bottle and the best of the case so far. 5+12+17+8=92
