August 28, 2023 - Please note these notes refer to the 2013 and not the 2016 because I made an error.
An excellent CA PN with plenty of ripe, dark cherries, a sort of mild fresh mushroom, and even a touch of wood. Ready now, but will hold another 5 years. Like all CA PN, completely different than a Burgundy, but a quite serious attempt.1 person found this helpful Comment -

February 10, 2023 - This drinks well with a short amount of air. Like others mentioned it possess huge amount of pure fruit with a trace of tartness and a barnyard funk element that all pair together to work very well. I do not drink alot of pinot, but this isnclearly well made.
