October 23, 2023 - Cherry on the rocks. Sucking on stones to get that cherry flavor with a touch of flowers and a mouthpuckering finish. It will be interesting to see how this evolves. Let’s try in a year.

March 30, 2022 - Arômes de cerises mûrs et petites baies rouges, sous-bois, boite à tabac, vieux cuir, vieille barrique... Un vin mi-corsé avec des tannins fins, un fruit doux avec des épices...petit côté salin...petite sensation d'umami. Une finale moyenne. Encore jeune mais prêt et d'ici 2025.

January 14, 2021 - Very interesting again, the fruit has mellowed and appearing healthy ripe, more spices coming upfront - rosemary and bay leaf possibly, but also some oak spices, although they say second passage barrels + stainless steel and cement tanks used. Medium weighted, but uplifted and fleshy - typical for the Panzano area.
Overall - pleasing, grippy and provoking. Certified organic since 2010. -

November 18, 2020 - Cherry and minerals with a touch of forest and bay leaf. It hasn’t quite completely come out of its shell. Give it a year or two.
