September 7, 2019 - Drinks at Bo and Mich's (Sydney, Australia): A decent enough wine. It had a sweet, candied nose, with boiled cherries and raspberries, some floral character, and a tiny bit of spice and bramble at the edges. Some VA acetone in there as well, but not so much as to throw one off. The palate was still very structured, with fine-enough but certainly firm tannins and juicy acidity framing a mouthful of sweet red fruit. There was then something a bit short and bittersweet at the finish. I found this varietally correct and decently-made, but not very interesting.

September 4, 2019 - (random midweek) woah dark purple ink, rich ripe berries, dark florals, soft wood spice. Wet forest, almost leather bramble. Juicy, bright acidity, layered concentration, edging on rust. Still tight tannins, finishing silky and savoury, blood orange peel and mint. Juicy and powerful. Graphite and ash on finish. Not sure what to make of this - a muscular ballerina, with chest hair.

July 14, 2018 - Big fan of this PN.
Nose - rich black cherry, raspberry jam, blackberry jam, musk candy, sweet spice.
Palate - Similar fruits, young fibrous oak, leaves, glacé cherry, subtle fruits and warmth in the finish.
Strong, chalky tannic structure and some greener aspect to the profile suggest this could reward from a few more years on its side.
