October 21, 2018 - PNP into Zalto Burgundy glass (“Flower” day): Medium purple to the eyes.
Pronounced nose of organic blue and black fruits like and florals like violets. The image projected on nose is clear with good details and flesh.
Fresh acidity supported by the medium complexity of flavours. Indeed very enjoyable wine with food. Silky tannins. Good clean finish.
