September 24, 2023 - Pale gold colour. Small and lazy bubbles. Medium and developing nose with yellow apples, white peach, lemon, biscuit, toast, butter, charred wood and wet stone. Medium (+) taste of yellow apples, white peach, lemon, biscuit, toast, charred wood, brioche, butter and wet stone. Long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium body. A very good Grand Cru Champagne. Drink now or over the next ten years. Goes well as an aperitif, or with shellfish.
