Very concentrated and intense. Lots of mature exotic fruits (guava, mango), peaches and apricots, kiwi, pineapple, a lot of ripe pear, raisins, very saline with sea salt and some metallic notes (with air it becomes even more saline with fresh oysters), spicy with black pepper, kirsch, a little vanilla, some oxidation on the finish, even more so with air.
Very dense, almost syrupy, texture and very moderate acidity for the vintage.
