Ready to drink, earthy-herbal aromas and flavors of licorice root, fennel, sarsaparilla, bacon fat, and olive have emerged as the ripe tannin has rounded out. A rich, balanced finish that matches well with Mediterranean influenced dishes.

March 16, 2019 - Dark color. smoked game, candied bacon, clove, raspberry aromas. Slightly viscous Raspberry fruit, vanilla, smooth pepper, tobacco, leather, hickory , cherry cola. Med bodied to full bodied no tannin. A blend of Syrah, Mouvedre, Grenache. Fazelli Syrah dominant blends show well.
