January 24, 2019 - Agree with the tasting notes from Connoisserur's Guide--this is a winter rose--denser and heavier with bracing acidity and thus suited to a wide range of foods. Tonight it paired well with a spicy chinese vegetable stir fry with chicken and vermicelli.
