Community Tasting Notes 1

May 24, 2021 - Opened a bottle over dinner tonight at home to pair with food from Sakae Sushi.

Creamish yellow with a slight touch of green. On the nose the charateristics of kerosene, white stone fruit and a touch of lemon are evident. Dry on the palate with a crisp finish and fresh citrus. Some chalk elements are present as well.
