November 26, 2021 - Very fruit forward, blackberry and plum. Great nose. Good over 2 nights. Drink now. Some sediment in bottle

September 19, 2021 - Popped and let breathe for about 45 minutes before consumption. It did not *need* a decant, and we did not decant, but it may have benefited from a decant. Fruit forward with some tannins left. Paired with a filet and a NY Strip, but the wine drank better on its own after several hours of air in the bottle.
