    August 6, 2019 - Color - Light straw yellow
Nose - Honeysuckle, peaches, pear, tropical fruit.
Palate - Did not live up to the nose, light fruit, peaches, was not ruined by oak. Viognier has wonderful spicy floral overtones and if oaked it becomes blah. 24 hours later palate opened up big tropical fruit, melons with a touch of Residual Sugar.

July 5, 2019 - Bad Viognier can be tough to drink; it's either soft and flabby, or harsh and astringent. Good Vio, though can be an absolute delight and challenge Chardonnay for the top spot of best white wine variety. While this will not cause me to forget Condrieu or Chåteau-Grillet, it is decidedly in the "good Viognier" camp. Floral with a multitude of tree fruit on the nose, the palate is refreshing and round (but far from flabby). Lingering finish that is delightful. Outstanding. 91. thedrunkencyclist.com

January 2, 2019 - Beautiful fruit, medium acidity, light to med body, mineral, no hint of bitterness. Consumed with Instapot whole chicken, rotisserie style.
