March 1, 2023 - Very good barsac with an excellent equilibrium between sweetness, tropical fruits, botrytis and acidity. Can be enjoyed now, or be kept for at least 10 years. Delicious!

Mushroom, honey, quince paste, and exotic, but already on a ripe and slightly evaluated... nice
palate is extremely balanced with great fruity acidity, sweetness never overwhelms nicely oaked, well rounded and sharp wine, enjoyable from now till 2035 :) -

Light gold
Quite lush white peach and apricot flavors (and pineapple)
Almost syrupy sweet, but great acidity keeps this all in check. Rather fabulous young Sauternes.
