March 26, 2022 - Prince Saturday Tasting - Bordeaux (Prince Sydney, 40 Hansard Street): Aromas of mandarin, tangerine backed by lime and kumquat, tiny horse sweat note, sweet spice, slight vanilla, pretty nose. Medium plus intensity acidity, a little sausage meat savouriness underpins the lusciously sweet mandarin/tangerine marmalade. Very slightly cloying on the medium plus length finish.

September 27, 2021 - On the orange fruit side of the style range, with plenty of mangoes, overripe apricot, candied orange rind, vanilla, and creme brulee, the wine is correctly situated on the corner of decadently sweet, and fresh with acidity, finishing with honeyed tangerines, vanilla bean and roasted pineapples in the endnote.

October 8, 2020 - First time trying this producer - it was a disappointing for me (perhaps its the bottle). Drank over 2 days (half was pour, half was recork and frdge). Wine faded same evening, with short thin finish. Day 2 was a little better to start, then fades as well. From this bottle, I preferred to drink Carmes de Rieussec.
