September 2, 2023 - Dark salmon color. High alcohol in my mind. Strawberries and vodka on the nose. Bold, slightly biting wine on the palate. Don’t think this was meant to age this long.

June 2, 2020 - Fuller mouth feel than some dry roses, tiny bit of bitterness on the front that was less appealing. Better on day 2.

February 24, 2020 - Get it while it's hot! Meaning, don't let it sit this long. The aroma was weak and baked. The palate was watery and uninspiring.
