March 17, 2024 - Light slightly yeasty. Limited fruit aromas. Pleasant to drink but not complex and it as a surprisingly sweet finish despite it’s being a brut.

January 21, 2024 - Aromas of lemon, Granny Smith in addition to hints of fresh bread and minerals in the direction of seashore and smoke. The vibrating acidity dominates the palate at the moment, but there is also a lot of fresh and intense fruit. Will benefit from a couple of years in the cellar.

December 31, 2023 - Olive, coconut, green apple, and brioche on the nose. Dry, lively acidity. Elegant effervescence. Long finish.
