October 5, 2022 - An inviting nose of syrah: black pepper, black olive, blackberry, violets, and rare meat. Mid plus weighted yet supple, and subtle structured with a lovely mix of savory and fruit: more blackberry, pepper, rare meat, tapenade, and background leather notes. Overall, a very well balanced, honest and pretty delicious wine. It reminds me a bit of a slightly darker version of the Ogier Serine form 2016, that I also find an outstanding drink. A delicious varietally correct wine that makes me happy. Very drinkable, yet complicated enough to keep your attention. Outstanding.

June 26, 2020 - Blue and dark fruit, a lot of dried herbs, forest floor, new leather. Medium + body, medium + tannins. Pair with red meat!
