April 6, 2019 - With my parents in law at restaurant Limoncello in Bad Homburg. The wine was medium salmon in colour and offered red fruit, red cherry and apple aromas on the nose and palate, with medium-level acidity, a touch of RS and good length. Quite full-bodied, much fuller than expected. Broad, without the laser-like acidity and focus I appreciate in Ca dei Frati's whites.

May 4, 2018 - Would go very well with smoked Salmon, asparagus, salads and simple grilled white meats.
The wine itself is more than a sterotypical rosé, it remains very hard for me to truly appreciate or score as I seem to have an aversion to the whole Rosé scene.
